Refund & Return Policy

Returns
You can return eligible items within 21 days of receiving an order. To complete your return, an original receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in our store.

Ineligible Items for return:

  • Fabric
  • Sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Fabric
We do not return fabric once it has been cut and sent to the customer. All fabric sales are FINAL. We recommend customers to purchase fabric samples before making purchases of fabric.

Samples

Samples are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.


Pillows

Sale items
All SALE merchandise, including pillows and window panels, are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.


Refunds (if applicable)
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team. Rodeo Home | Home Fabrics & Trims reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Rodeo Home | Home Fabrics & Trims cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of the fabric material. 

To start a return claim, please contact us at info@rodeohome.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-21 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
