How do I place an order?

Is there a minimum order?
Cut yardage: 1 yard minimum. Finished products: 1 unit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 24 hours and before your order ships — we'll cancel and refund right away. Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Fabric Samples
Should I order a sample first?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. Colors can vary between screens, and cut yardage cannot be returned. A sample lets you see and feel the fabric before you commit.
How big are the samples?
Approximately 5" × 7".
How fast do samples ship?
Within 1–2 business days.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and to Canada.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Returns
Can I return cut yardage?
No — fabric cut to order cannot be returned, which is why we recommend ordering samples first.
